Dearest Jesus, I seek Your presence. I remember I had gone through many 3 days of fasting, some 10 days, some 21 days. I have died to myself, just to surrender to Your presence, Father. I had gone through 40 days without food in 2017 March 22 to April 30, another 40 days was in 2018 April 1 to May 10, another 40 days was in 2019 April 29 to June 7. During those times, I felt emptied, but it was when I was drawing closer to You in the spirit over the flesh.
Right now, Father, I am fasting in another way, which is my favorite video games. I have been depraved of this pleasure, just to spend more time in You. I understand that fasting comes in many different ways. I am right now too disabled to fast from food like back then, but it is still painful right now with the hobby I am fasting from.
